What You Need to Know about your RTT session

What to expect in a session:
We will go over the intake form, addressing all concerns; the client will choose one issue/concern/belief to focus on for the session. Sometimes multiple issues can be worked on in one session if they are connected.
You will then be hypnotized and regressed back to the root, reason, and cause of your topic of concern and your brilliant mind will come up with the scenes.

As the client we will work together to uncover the meaning and interpretation of events and then change them by using many different techniques (a few examples listed below).
This leads to permanent powerful change because RTT enables the mind to tell the body what to do, for example heal itself using a technique called Command Therapy, and purposefully healing the body. RTT techniques can tell the body how to react and how to feel and it can alter and improve the messages the body sends to the mind so things like depression, anxiety and panic attacks can be permanently overcome, easily move away from addictions and turn fear into excitement.

By using a technique called Role Function, Purpose, it recognizes and values the significance clients attach to their issues/problems and then offers a powerful emotional release for them. They can actually be free from pain. RTT draws out ‘unfinished business’, meaning it is a technique for addressing the trauma that clients have been holding onto for many years.

Once the issue has been addressed, altered, removed, and changed I make you a personal hypnosis recording to take home with you to listen to everyday for 21-30 days to ingrain, rewire, and establish your desired outcome.

1. What if I think I already know the reasons behind my issue?
What makes RTT incredible and life changing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.

2. When will I start to see changes?
There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy - every person is different:

Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away emotionally, mentally, and or physically, changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours during and immediately after the session.

Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.

Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you reflect back and see all of the things that are different in your life. Important to reflect back and celebrate how far you've come and your achievements in your growth and healing journey.

3. What does it feel like?
It is a very natural state so don't expect to feel like you are in a different world by any means@ Most people feel relaxed and at ease, like in a deep meditation. The experience feels different for different people. Some people feel a floating sensation, others may feel sleepy. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. It is always working.

4. Can I get “stuck” in hypnosis?
No! That’s an old wive’s tale. You have complete control and aware during the whole process. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, cough, sneeze etc. It is not like the entertainment hypnosis shows. You may fall asleep but can be easily woken up.

5. How does it work?
Hypnosis is not magic - it’s science! It works by creating a burst of alpha brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM. That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind as the critical factor within the conscious mind shuts down. It’s very easy and anyone can do it.
