Did you know self praise is WAYYYY more effective than praise from others.

How you dialogue with yourself is integral for your emotional wellbeing and happiness. Your mind let’s in whatever you say- good or bad, positive✅ or negative❌. It doesn’t stop to say hey that’s not true! Metacognition is our ability to think about what your thinking about. Start thinking about how you speak to yourself. Praise yourself everyday even it feels foreign and I promise you will feel the difference. Praise yourself on every achievement, big OR small.


Whatever you say after I AM follows you.
